Originally created and presented by host Mike Sherman, while directed and produced by Matt “Bodi” Brenowitz, “On the Mike” focuses on some of the biggest stars in music, sports, and entertainment such as Kim Kardashian, Pitbull, Justin Bieber, Dwayne Wade, and Jamie Foxx. Mike reconnects with many of the same guests he interviewed for “On the Mike” in his next generation production “Before the Fame”. Before the Fame giving a glimpse of before and after these mega stars climb to the pinnacle of fame with many of the people that knew them then.

“On the Mike” is often on location for many of the music industry’s major events such as the Billboard Music Awards, American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers Awards, Broadcast Music Incorporated Awards, BET Awards and others. The show has helped launch acts such as Pretty Ricky (nominated for “Best Group” at the BET Awards 2007) and Grammy Award-winning rap artist Chamillionaire, who both made their first TV appearance on the show, as did Miami pop superstars Flo Rida and Sean Kingston.

“On The Mike” with Mike Sherman broadcasted weekly on CBS affiliate WBFS, My Network TV in South Florida and was retained by Baruch Television Group and Baruch Entertainment, known for syndicating over 500 TV shows such as ‘Be In Tune‘ and ‘The Weekend Vibe‘, and many motion picture packages.
